Please book your pick up, at the closest hour, 2½ hours before your flights departure.
The recommendation from Greenland Airports, is that you arrive in the airport 2 hours prior to departure.
Pick up will therefore be arranged from your hotel appr. 2½ hours prior to departure of your flight. Transfer to the airport can take up to 30 mins.
When booking a pick up, we will arrive at your accommodation within a 30 minute window after the booked pick up time. So a booked pick up at 07:00, we will arrive at your accommodation between 07:00 and 07:30. A booked pick up time at 14:00, we will arrive for your pick up between 14:00 and 14:30.
It is important that you are ready when the shuttle arrives at your location at the booked pick up time - otherwise the shuttle may leave without you.
