Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings

Airport Transfer and transfer tickets are fully flexible and fully refundable. They can be re-booked or refunded up until an hour before booked transfer time. 

Cancellation for 3rd party tours depends on the cancellation policy from the tour operator****

Group & Exclusive bookings

The minimum cancellation notice for group bookings of 11-25 guests will be 72 hours. The minimum cancellation notice for group bookings of 26-50 guests will be 96 hours. The minimum cancellation notice for group bookings of 51-100 guests will be 4 weeks. The cancellation notice for group bookings of more than 100 guests will be 12 weeks unless otherwise noticed.
